趣味のお菓子作りができる大きなアイランドカウンターが主役の空間――施主の要望は初めから明確だった。広々としたキッチンを実現するにはマンションの既存の間取りが重要になると察し、物件選びから相談を受け、内覧に同行し青写真を想像しながら物件契約までサポートしてプロジェクトを進めていった。 3LDKの壁を取り払い、アイランドカウンターを中央に配した明快なワンルームの構成。壁面側にはキッチンカウンター、食器や家電の収納スペース、冷蔵庫などがフラットに収まるよう設計している。それらはスムースな作業動線として機能を果たし、アイランドカウンターの存在感をより際立たせている。 空間のマテリアルは、北欧家具やヴィンテージ家具を置くことを念頭に決めていった。味のある家具と調和が保てるよう、オーク材のフローリングにハンドスクレイプ加工+グレー染色+との粉（白い木の粉）仕上げを施している。 全体の照明には無線調光システム「Smart LEDZ Base」を採用。アプリで調光・調色が操作でき、毎日の生活に合わせたスケジュール設定が可能だ。Google Homeとの連携でハンズフリーでの操作もできる。 床・壁・天井の入隅出隅の安易な凹凸は、知らず知らずのうちに、住む人へノイズとして違和感を与え続けてしまうものだ。住まいとしての機能を満たしながら、目にも心地よい空間となるよう、不要なノイズを極力取り除くことを意識した。結果としてお菓子作りに没頭できるコンパクトで上質な空間に出来上がったのではないだろうか。 STUDIO ALUC　WEBページ https://www.studioaluc.com/ A large island counter where the client's hobby of baking sweets can be enjoyed is the main feature of the space――the client's vision was clear from the very beginning. Recognizing that the existing layout of the condominium would be crucial to achieving a spacious kitchen, we provided support right from the property selection stage. We accompanied the client on property viewings, imagined the blueprint during walkthroughs, and assisted through to the final contract to ensure the project proceeded smoothly. The design transformed a conventional 3LDK layout by removing walls, creating a clear, open-plan space with the island counter positioned centrally. Along the walls, kitchen counters, storage for tableware and appliances, and a refrigerator were all integrated seamlessly. This arrangement not only serves as an efficient workflow but also emphasizes the island counter as the focal point of the space. The choice of materials for the space was made with Scandinavian and vintage furniture in mind. To harmonize with the characterful furniture, the oak flooring was finished with hand-scraped processing, gray staining, and a final touch of whitewood powder. For lighting, the wireless dimming system "Smart LEDZ Base" was installed. It allows brightness and color adjustment through an app, with scheduling capabilities tailored to daily routines. Integration with Google Home enables hands-free operation for added convenience. Unnecessary irregularities at the junctions of the floor, walls, and ceiling can subtly create discomfort for residents. To ensure the space remains both visually and emotionally pleasing while fulfilling its functional purpose, we focused on minimizing any unwanted "noise."
